CARDIO AREA
Equipment for top cardio exercises, with touch screens, television and internet access to make your aerobic workout effective and enjoyable at the same time
FITNESS AREA
The fitness area consists of machines, dumbbells, rockers and equipment from Precor’s Discovery, Vitality and Icarian Strength lines to allow users of all levels to get the most out of their training.
QUEENAX AREA
The Queenax area is available to all b12 Fitness members. Specifically, it is the most advanced suspension weight training or functional training system in the sector, guaranteed by Precor.
COURSE AREA
The b12 Fitness Center offers a large courses space suitable for all needs. More information at the front desk.

A team of P.T. prepared and certificated by b12 Academy is at your disposal to motivate you and help you achieve the physical form you have always wanted.
BODY TEST
To offer a truly complete service, b12 Fitness has an impedance meter to create and monitor the progress achieved with your personalized training program.
VIBRATING PLATFORM
Do you want to try a different workout, which induces adaptive hormonal responses? Try vibratory training with Power Plate ®, the vibrating platform that makes your Workout even more complete and effective.

Did you forget the water for training? Do you need a coffee? b12 Fitness Center has inside a nice dining area where you can regenerate before and after the Workout with excellent drinks, supplements and snacks

You can use for free, as well as lockers in the locker room, even safes with personalized code for a truly carefree workout.

If you find us on the top floor of the ICS shopping center in Peschiera del Garda, near the A4 motorway exit, you will have no problem parking thanks to the large private parking adjacent to the entrance
HEALTH & SAFETY
MEDICAL EXAMINATION
For all members it is possible to directly carry out the medical examination by law, including an electrocardiogram, directly in the infirmary of our office.
DEFIBRILLATOR
b12 Fitness takes the safety of its members and for this we have equipped ourselves with the best DAE on the market. Our staff is qualified to use the defibrillator in an emergency.
