TRAINING AND UPDATING COURSES

b12 Academy arises from the need of companies and fitness centers to provide competent and adequately trained staff. b12 Fitness thanks to b12 Academy form, offers and uses only qualified, qualified and certified instructors. The b12 Academy Institutional Training courses are legally recognized by the C.O.N.I. (Italian National Olympic Committee). The fitness training courses are approved by the ASI, a sports promotion body recognized by the C.O.N.I., and are valid throughout the Italian national territory.

In order to be equivalent to the CONI parameters it will be necessary to follow the process of the three levels that guarantee professionalism and didactic completeness throughout the educational process.

The theoretical lessons are held in the classroom with video projection, paperwork and electronic pdf supports.

The final exam for 1st level consists of a multiple question test and open answers.

The final exam for the 2nd level consists of a test with multiple questions and open answers and the discussion of a scientific article in sports.

The final exam for 3rd level consists of a test with multiple questions and open answers, in a practical exam and in the production of a term paper.
